<p>This is an exciting opportunity to join our C1-rated housing association in Nottingham as a Communications and Engagement Business Partner, where you’ll play a key role in strengthening relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders through clear, creative and impactful communications.</p>

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p>As our Communications and Engagement Business Partner, you’ll support the development and delivery of proactive, consistent internal and external communications that protect and enhance our reputation while supporting organisational priorities.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Working closely with teams across NCHA, you’ll deliver expert advice and hands-on support to plan and deliver high-quality PR, communications and engagement campaigns that make a real difference.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Acting as a trusted advisor to teams, shaping effective and creative communication activities</li>
<li>Supporting crisis communications and being a point of contact for media enquiries</li>
<li>Writing and distributing press releases and supporting PR activity</li>
<li>Leading the planning and production of key corporate communications (newsletters, magazines, executive briefings)</li>
<li>Overseeing and improving intranet content through regular audits and performance insights, ensuring strong user engagement</li>
<li>Planning and delivering impactful, measurable communication campaigns</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What you’ll have</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrable experience in a communications or public relations role.</li>
<li>A proven track record of delivering creative, successful campaigns</li>
<li>Strong digital content management skills (intranet, social media, newsletters, survey tools)</li>
<li>Experience in planning and delivering a range of events</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Strong written, verbal and analytical communication skills</li>
</ul>
