You also need to be committed to challenging inequality, understanding that inequality, including racial inequality, and experience of discrimination can have a big impact on a person&amp;rsquo;s life and on how they engage with services and the support available.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;&lt;br /&gt;&#13;&#10;The focus of the programme is on achieving system change to enable the development and delivery of joined up services that provide effective healthcare, support and other forms of assistance to the most excluded, marginalised and vulnerable individuals who experience SMD. You need to be able to put yourself in the shoes of the people that the Changing Futures programme will be supporting and be committed to seeing the person and not the label.
