<p>We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team. You will support customers through a growing range of digital channels such as telephone, live chat, social media and email while also helping them to navigate our customer portal.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>In this role, you will be responsible for</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Providing excellent customer service across a range of channels.</li>
<li>Responding to a wide range of customer enquiries and resolving them at the first point of contact wherever possible.</li>
<li>Supporting customers with our customer portal and basic technical queries.</li>
<li>Accurately recording customer interactions and actions on our systems.</li>
<li>Working with colleagues across the organisation to resolve enquiries and keep customers informed.</li>
<li>Contributing to service improvements and team performance.</li>
</ul>

<li>Able to work under pressure, manage priorities and meet deadlines.</li>

<li>Positive, adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes.</li>
<li>IT literate, with experience of Microsoft Office and ideally CRM or Housing Management systems.</li>

<p>Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on building trusted relationships, influencing decision-making and delivering people-focused solutions that make a real business impact?</p>
<p>We're looking for a collaborative and outcome focused People Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leaders, shape people strategies, organisational change and workforce planning initiatives, and lead on complex employee relations.</p>
<p>Working 29 hours per week, this role offers flexibility to spread your hours across 4 or 5 days, (working pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate), allowing you to balance professional impact with personal commitments.</p>

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>Reporting to the Director of People, you'll work as a true business partner, becoming an extension of your designated leadership teams. You'll help leaders navigate people challenges, develop local people plans and implement strategic initiatives that support organisational success.</p>
<p>You'll also lead and oversee a high-quality people advisory service, coach managers to build their people leadership capability and provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partnering with leaders to deliver people solutions that support business objectives.</li>
<li>Leading on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and organisational change matters.</li>
<li>Coaching and influencing managers to build confidence and capability in people management.</li>
<li>Supporting workforce planning, talent development and succession planning activities.</li>
<li>Leading or supporting organisational change programmes, ensuring people considerations remain at the heart of decision-making.</li>
<li>Building productive relationships with Trade Union representatives and key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Using people data and insight to identify trends, inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Contributing to the development of people policies, procedures and best practice approaches.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>You'll be an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background and a passion for partnering with leaders to achieve great outcomes.</p>
<p>You'll bring:</p>
<ul>
<li>CIPD Level 5 qualification, Associate CIPD membership or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Significant experience managing complex employee relations casework.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.</li>
<li>Experience supporting organisational change, consultation and engagement activities.</li>
<li>Exceptional influencing, coaching and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Confidence in analysing and interpreting people data to support evidence-based decisions.</li>
<li>A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the ability to balance business needs with colleague experience.</li>
</ul>
