We have fantastic opportunities available for highly motivated Site Managers to join the new South Thamesmead site.
South Thamesmead is a joint venture with Peabody and is part of an exciting and ambitious regeneration scheme which will provide 329 mixed-tenure homes, 42% of which will be affordable.
We have opportunities for:
Assistant Site Manager
Site Manager
Senior Site Manager
You will oversee all on-site operations for this multi-phase development, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery in line with the construction programme.
Essential Skills and Experience:
We are looking for experienced, proactive professionals with a solid track record of managing small to medium-scale new build housing projects.
Proven experience managing residential construction sites, ideally with exposure to urban regeneration or joint venture schemes.
Strong understanding of NHBC standards, building regulations, and health and safety responsibilities.
SMSTS and CSCS qualifications are essential; First Aid qualification is desirable.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Confident using IT and digital project management tools.
