We have an exciting position available for a Building Safety Manager to join us!
You’ll support the Head of Compliance to ensure compliance with Building Safety legislation. With the responsibility of managing in-scope building, ensuring policies, procedures and the relevant management systems are implemented and adhered to, to ensure regulatory compliance.
As the single point of contact, you will be responsible for leasing and engaging with residence on any concerns they may have with the safety and integrity of their building.
What we’re looking for:
A relevant Fire Safety qualification accredited by the IFE or IFSM or equivalent.
NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management
Chartered Membership of CIH or CIOB or a degree in the construction or housing management sector (or equivalent).
Experience working in a similar role
Extensive Project Management experience
Previously managed a team and can demonstrate change management experience.
Management of external contractors consultants, customers and stakeholders
