Business Analyst 



£27,016.90 per annum (for 22.5 hpw) 



Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk

Part Time: 22.5hrs per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to support the Head of Change Delivery to provide analysis and insight as part of the Change & Transformation strategy for Saffron. 



 



Key responsibilities include: 



 





  • Utilising Lean techniques, you will have a structured approach to problem definition, be able to measure the current situation in a specific business area, analyse issues and their root causes, define and evaluate improvement initiatives and implement selected solutions 




  • Organise and lead project team meetings, allocating actions and updating project plans as appropriate. 




  • Lead change implementation activities, providing steering and guidance to teams and regular updates to stakeholders 




  • Document and develop tracking and analysis of targeted benefits information for a change intervention

Our ideal candidate will: 



 





  • Hold a degree level academic qualification or equivalent level of skill and experience 




  • Be data driven with the ability to work creatively and display strong problem‐solving skills with an analytical mind set 




  • Have experience and understanding of using lean techniques or similar process review techniques (DMAIC/Six Sigma) 




  • Have experience & understanding of Agile or PRINCE2 project management methodology and techniques 




  • Research best practices and support developing the solutions and recommendations for the current business operations 




  • Have strong knowledge of manipulating databases and reporting 




  • Have well developed, proven change management skills, highly adaptable, organised and with an ability to plan and set up systems to monitor multiple tasks and projects 




  • Be a relationship builder and networker – approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
