Salary: £36,732 



Location: Manchester - Agile

We have an exciting position available for an Employer Engagement Lead to join us! 



 



You’ll develop and deliver an effective and integrated approach to employer engagement, partnerships and develop new links to engage employers with our programmes that seek to create new opportunities and remove barriers to employment.  



 



You will nurture and manage existing relationships and commitments from employers to maximise outcomes and opportunities for our customers. Targeting local and national employers operating in areas of the contract reach to develop joint working agreements and supporting the work of the contract team to ensure they add value to our services and benefit One Manchester customers. 



 



 



What we’re looking for: 





  • Extensive experience in engaging and influencing businesses of all sizes to deliver outcomes or improve their social and environmental practices. 




  • Extensive experience in developing and maintaining strong and productive professional partnerships. 




  • Good experience in developing and negotiating agreements and contracts.  




  • General experience in creating simple SLA’s and partnership agreements and monitoring of these 




  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to organise information efficiently to support effective project management. 




  • Good experience in monitoring and evaluating the impact of partnership projects or programmes. 




  • Have the ability to plan and facilitate effective meetings, workshops and activities.  




  • Good understanding of how businesses approach recruitment and current good practice in reducing inequalities and barriers to employment. 




  • Excellent knowledge of the local labour market and high growth sectors.
