Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday - Friday + on call rota

This role will help us to do this by providing a professional multi-skilled plumbing service that delivers an excellent customer experience.     

In this role, you will:

  Carry out all aspects of plumbing and multi skilled works to customers’ homes and empty properties.   

  
  


• 
  

  Carry out various multi skilled works as required by the role (e.g. tiling, patch plastering, minor joinery).  

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers and tailoring your approach. Be easy to deal with and do what you say you will.   

  
  


• 
  

  Leave customers’ homes clean and safe and dispose of any waste in line with our company policy.   

  
  


• 
  

  Report any potential repairs and safeguarding issues.   

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.        

  
  

We need people who are / have:   

• 
  

  Experienced at undertaking multi-Skilled plumbing work and associated multitasking activities in customers' homes   

  
  


• 
  

  A sound building and construction knowledge and have general building maintenance repair knowledge   

  
  


• 
  

  Hold a City and Guilds /  NVQ level 2 in Plumbing    

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstratable experience in a secondary trade, namely tiling and/or bathroom fitting 

  
  

Please note a full valid driving licence is essential as you will have access to company vehicle (for work use only including travel to and from work). A Basic DBS check will be required and please be aware there are requirement to work on standby on occasion.
