Background
We have an opportunity for a collaborative and experienced Project Manager to join our Transformation department to coordinate, lead, and successfully implement people, process, and technology projects.
Working closely with key resources, stakeholders, and third parties, the Project Manager will own projects from inception to completion by developing clear scopes and objectives that align with our wider transformation initiatives, measuring performance and leading on implementation whilst ensuring best practice.
You will ensure effective engagement with operational colleagues around the organisation, supporting them to deliver clear improvements through projects. You’ll effective governance is in place and will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, whilst carrying out effective risk and issue management.
What you'll be doing
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Completing resource planning including availability, allocation and tracking.
Developing detailed project plans to track progress including dependencies and milestones.
Creating, forecasting and managing project budgets.
Communicating effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and interested parties
Project Reporting
Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Complex stakeholder Management
More about you. What can you bring?
You’ll have a good standard of education to ‘A’ Level or equivalent
A Project Management certification such as PMP / PRINCE II / Agile is desirable
Significant experience managing both business and IT projects throughout the full lifecycle.
Experience of working with a range of complex stakeholders, within a regulated environment
A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Strong influencing and problem-solving skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Housing experience would be desirable

You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £52,549 per annum dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
