Shift Supervisor (Nights) - Flint



Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week.



Rate of pay: £17.19 per hou



Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 10pm to 6am with 2 x 20-minute paid breaks.



We are an accredited Real Living Wage employer.



About the Role



Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate the production team to deliver excellent performance. Working to The Navigator Company (formerly Accrol Group) principles and values, you will ensure safety remains the number one priority through your actions and behaviours.



Always keeping customers at the heart of what we do, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment whilst achieving productivity targets and Company quality standards. Working collaboratively with the wider departments at Flint, you will ensure a team approach to delivering company priorities, safety, product safety, quality and legality is followed through all stages of production



Our goal is to supply a world class customer service and so you must work efficiently and have a proactive and motivated approach. The role is part of a structured pay scale so there are opportunities to progress and receive further training and development to help achieve your personal goals.



About You



You will thrive working in a busy environment and have a passion and drive to achieve high quality standards with a real “can do” attitude. You will be a natural leader, adopting a “never walk by” policy in safety management and acting as a point of contact for all shift issues. With a clear commitment understanding of company policies and standards, you will ensure this understanding is shared with the team.



Key Skills, Experience & Qualities




  • Passion and drive for success

  • Positive “can-do” attitude and commitment

  • Significant experience of working in a busy FMCG environment as part of a team

  • Supervisory, management and/or leadership experience
