Bromsgrove, Worcestershire 



£19,280.04 per annum 



Permanent, Part Time 



25.5 hours per week (Tuesday afternoon, full day Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Join our Housing Options and Homeless Team and play a vital role in delivering a unique, customer‑facing service that makes a genuine difference in our community. 



 



The Role 



 



In this role, you’ll support the day‑to‑day running of the service by providing high‑quality administrative support and an excellent front‑of‑house housing service. You’ll be involved in helping to prevent homelessness, supporting the management of temporary accommodation, arranging appointments, and responding to a wide range of customer enquiries. 



 



Our customers are diverse and often vulnerable, so you’ll need to bring a flexible, empathetic, and positive approach to a role that can be both challenging and highly rewarding. 



 



Working in a busy, multifunctional environment, you’ll carry out a variety of tasks in line with the Trust’s values, current legislation, and our service level agreement with Bromsgrove District Council. 



 



About You 



 



To be successful, you will need to have good administration and communication skills along with previous experience of meeting deadlines/targets and working in a pressurised environment. 



Previous experience of using Microsoft Packages Excel, Word, Outlook  



 



Experience of working with vulnerable client groups would be beneficial. 



 



This post requires that the job holder is subject to a DBS check at an Enhanced level.
